Product Launch Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Launch Specialist to lead the New Product Introduction lifecycle within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate product launches from concept to delivery, ensuring seamless integration with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) to support efficient assembly operations.
  • Ensure accurate data management in Shop Floor Control (SFC) and SAP systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve packaging for racks and large-scale assemblies.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, driving process optimization and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SAP and Shop Floor Control (SFC) systems.
  • Knowledge of assembly processes and product development.
