Job Title: Financial Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial management support to the CFO and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the preparation of all financial statements and supporting schedules for the IPO process.
  • Ensure strict adherence to IFRS/SFRS(I) and SGX disclosure rules in all reporting.
  • Own and manage the entire month-end and year-end close process across the group.
  • Oversee all accounting operations, including AR, AP, GL, and revenue recognition.
  • Research and implement complex technical accounting standards relevant to the group.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor robust internal control policies and procedures.
  • Play a key role in the selection and implementation of a new group-wide ERP system.
  • Support the CFO in the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a Controllership or Deputy FC role within a complex, multi-entity environment.
  • Strong technical accounting background with in-depth, hands-on experience applying IFRS/SFRS(I). Big 4 audit training is essential.
  • Direct experience supporting an IPO, audit process, or a major fundraising round is highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience in improving accounting processes, implementing new systems (ERP), and building a strong control environment.

Professional Qualification:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent) is mandatory.
  • Full professional proficiency in English is required.
