Production Supervisor\

The Production Supervisor oversees the assigned production shift to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality food manufacturing processes.

  • Supervise and coordinate production shifts
  • Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), and food safety standards
  • Monitor production workflows

\Key Responsibilities:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Supervising production staff
  • Planning shifts
  • Coordinating with other departments
\

These responsibilities require strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and have experience in food manufacturing.

\Qualifications:\
  • 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing, including 1+ year in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
