Digital Loan Product Manager

Job Summary
DBS Bank is seeking a highly skilled Digital Loan Product Manager to join our Institutional Banking Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving and delivering new business models and loan product innovation initiatives.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantitative analysis and a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant working experience in a fast-paced role with direct business impact. You will be responsible for shaping loan product and customer journey focusing on digital lending to achieve best-in-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and deliver new business models and loan product innovation initiatives.
- Shape loan product and customer journey focusing on digital lending to achieve best-in-class customer experience.
- Identify market changes, emerging trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs to continuously refine our digital loan product proposition.
- Develop a keen understanding of in-country regulatory frameworks, suitability, credit risk, and compliance requirements.
- Work with key stakeholders, including Credit and Country teams, to co-develop product offerings and provide support for in-country strategies.
- Apply data-driven operating models and develop insights to drive business value.
- Work closely with internal and/or external stakeholders across functions and teams to drive regional projects in product innovations and campaigns.
- Communicate and generate support for recommendations among internal stakeholders and Senior Management.
- Track, monitor, and analyze key product metrics across the region and come up with ideas to continuously refine product offerings.
Requirements
- Strong background in quantitative analysis and a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant working experience in a fast-paced role with direct business impact.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a strong understanding of credit principles and SME loan products and solutions.
- Meticulous, positive, and optimistic, with a comfort level with ambiguity and adaptability to change.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability and interest in new digital economies.
- Strong sense of commitment and accountability, with a business focus mindset and a willingness to challenge norms and deliver high-quality work.
- Passionate about customer experience and able to conceptualize and execute strategic initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and work with large cross-functional teams across regions.
