Technical Solution Designer

Overview of a solution architect role in a technology organization. This is an opportunity to own the technical and business design of end-to-end solutions during implementation.
- Conduct design reviews and data quality assurance.
- Manage and communicate with external client teams during the sales process and post-sales delivery.
- Lead and participate in RFPs, providing technology solution content.
- Audit existing clients' implementations and recommend enhancements.
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions that meet clients' needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
- 5+ years' experience in IT or customer support organizations.
- 3 years' experience working as a technical consultant or business analyst in the delivery implementation of ServiceNow with a focus on Technology Workflows (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM).
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications with a minimum of 1 CIS certification.
- Good understanding of SQL, XML, and web-based technologies.
- 1+ years' experience in implementing and aligning business processes to the ITIL best practices.
- Fluency in English.
- Availability to travel within ASEAN.
- Articulate, effective communication skills.
- Result-driven and customer-centric.
- Ability to inspire customer confidence through professional presence and self-confidence.
- Ability to multitask and work on several accounts simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, consult, and grow the business.
- Positive attitude when solving business and/or technical problems.
