Enterprise Content Management Specialist

The role of an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Specialist is a highly skilled position that requires expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient ECM solutions. The successful candidate will possess strong techno-functional knowledge with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver effective system changes.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ECM solutions.
  • Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Configure, customize, and implement changes in OpenText ECM applications.
  • Perform impact analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions.
  • Collaborate with developers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support testing, production rollout, and ongoing maintenance activities.
  • Create functional/technical documentation and user training materials.

Technical Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with OpenText ECM solutions (e.g., Content Server, Archive Server, Extended ECM, Documentum, D2).
  • Strong background in system analysis, configuration, and implementation of ECM platforms.
  • Ability to bridge both business and technical teams in a techno-functional capacity.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in banking/financial services is an advantage but not mandatory.
