Job Description

This Service Technician position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex technical problems across diverse industries.
  • Conducting field and bench calibrations, gathering data, and documenting calibration details, including range, mA, required output, and accuracy.
  • Inspecting products and processes for defects and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Ensuring timely calibration of Master test equipment to maintain precision and reliability.
  • Analyzing and compiling technical and statistical information to prepare comprehensive reports that drive business decisions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar technical role.
  • Valid LEW certification, which is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Electrical and Instrumentation principles.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills, with the ability to interpret schematic diagrams.
  • Flexibility to work across various locations island-wide.
