Cloud Infrastructure Transformation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to lead our cloud operations team and drive the execution of a comprehensive cloud strategy.
The ideal candidate will oversee cloud migrations, ensure operational excellence across AWS and Azure environments, and maintain high standards of security, cost efficiency, and performance.
- Develop and execute comprehensive cloud migration strategies, including timelines, roadmaps, and resource allocation.
- Assess existing infrastructure to determine cloud readiness and identify security and performance improvements.
- Maintain robust security practices, including IAM, encryption, compliance, and proactive risk mitigation.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing cloud operations team.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, automation, and incident response processes to ensure service continuity.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across cloud environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align cloud operations with business objectives.
- Maintain disaster recovery readiness and security posture through regular audits and training.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 10+ years in IT operations, including at least 5 years in cloud environments.
- Proven expertise in AWS and Azure platforms, architectures, and best practices.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Experience in cloud security, DevOps, and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Advantage: Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing.
