  • We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Pastoral Team Staff. This role involves nurturing the spiritual growth of children and youth, while also assisting in planning and organizing Church School activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Nurture the spiritual growth of children and youth through devotions, bible studies, and other forms of spiritual formation.
  • Develop and implement training programs for Church School teachers to ensure they are equipped with the latest teaching materials and methodologies.
  • Plan and organize Church School activities that align with its ministry objectives, ensuring relevance and effectiveness in meeting the needs of the Church School.
  • Liaise between the Ministry Committee and the Pastors' Office, monitoring the state of the ministry and providing feedback.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Theological degree or diploma
  • 1 year of experience in Early Childhood Care or Children Ministry
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Effective communication skills with all levels of staff
  • Innovative team player with self-motivation and proactivity
  • Building good rapport with children and parents
