Financial Support Specialist

This position is responsible for providing financial support to various business functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment processing and global netting operations
  • Perform accounts payable checking and prepare journal vouchers relating to accounts payable
  • Review accounts payable status and follow up on aged items
  • Assist in year-end audit confirmation and participate in ad hoc financial responsibilities

The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring timely monthly closing of accounts payable and clear bank reconciliation matters. They will also assist in accounts receivable function and provide overall financial support to the team.
