We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a System Specialist.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software systems.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with DAIFUKU systems, software, and equipment. They should also possess strong knowledge of system setup, commissioning, and troubleshooting procedures.

You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to address system and software concerns. Additionally, you will provide training to customers on software operation and equipment usage.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with DAIFUKU systems, software, and equipment
  • Strong understanding of system setup, commissioning, and troubleshooting procedures
  • Experience in preparing technical documentation, reports, and SOPs
  • Ability to work with customers and internal teams to address system and software concerns
Technical Requirements
  • Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) is required to liaise with Japan headquarters and interpret technical documentation provided in Japanese
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under tight project deadlines
