Talent Acquisition Specialists are responsible for identifying and hiring top talent to drive business success. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies that attract and engage the best candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Determine human resource requirements and develop strategic plans to meet them.">
  • Recruit, interview and train new staff across the organization.">
  • Structure and provide constructive performance evaluations to help employees grow professionally.">
  • Consult with management to develop strategic plans that align with the company's goals.">
  • Analyze data related to human resource deployment and performance to inform these decisions.">
  • IDentify and groom individuals with leadership potential and create a growth plan for them within the Company.">
  • Orient job scopes to boost productivity and engagement among all staff members.">
  • Manage day-to-day tasks related to human resources, including attendance tracking, payroll, conflict resolution, employee accommodations and policy formulation.">
  • Create policies that comply with local labor laws and regulations.">

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and follow-up abilities.">
  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is required.">
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to take on ad-hoc duties as needed.">
  • Previous experience in human resources, operational support and/or change management is an asset.">
