Service Crew Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Service Crew members.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • - Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • - Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries regarding food and beverages
  • - Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner
  • - Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before and after each customer
  • - Perform cashier duties accurately and efficiently
  • - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • - Assist in other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • • Relevant experience in the service / F&B industry is an advantage
  • • Self-driven and process good learning attitude
  • • Independent and able to multitask
  • • Students who are waiting for results are welcome to apply
  • • Candidate without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
