Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Culinary Professional to join our team as an Assistant Chef De Partie.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing kitchen operations, maintaining high food quality standards, and assisting the Executive Sous/Sous Chef in daily communication and reporting concerns and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing kitchen activities and maintain food quality and presentation
  • Maintain kitchen labor and related costs controls
  • Participate in outlet staff scheduling, training, motivating, safety, and recommend counseling where required
  • Involve yourself in proper product and workflow management

Requirements:

  • Certificate from a recognized culinary institution
  • Minimum of 6 years with progressive positions from Cook I in varying cuisines in comparable operations
  • Strong culinary knowledge on Western cuisine with emphasis on American cuisine and basic knowledge on Asian cuisine
  • Knowledge of religious dietary requirements
  • Knowledge in Production flow and equipment usage
