Job Title: Sales Associate - Wines and Spirits

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting products, explaining promotions and service packages, and cross-selling products.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the overall presentation of the shop, attending to customer enquiries, feedback, and requirements, and performing retail operations duties including cashiering, shop merchandising, and upkeeping.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in wines training and wine tasting sessions, and develop your passion in wines through our career development program.

Requirements:

  • Min GCE 'O' level or equivalent
  • Able to work retail hours including weekends and Public Holidays
  • Pleasant and cheerful disposition
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Good spoken English
