The hospital is seeking a qualified and experienced Surgical Pathologist to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care and services in the field of anatomical pathology.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

",">
  • Providing diagnostic reporting of general histopathology and cytopathology cases;",">
  • Participating in intraoperative consults and validation and quality control of laboratory processes;",">
  • Leading the surgical pathology service and providing consultative services to staff of various clinical disciplines in the hospital;",">
  • Collaborating with surgical and oncology services from the hospital and other institutions, including attending multidisciplinary tumour boards and tissue audit committee meetings;",">
  • Contributing to administrative and educational duties, such as serving on hospital committees and teaching different levels of staff;",">
  • Engaging in research opportunities with the potential to collaborate with colleagues from the hospital and other institutions.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A medical degree suitable for registration with the Singapore Medical Council;",">
  • A specialist postgraduate qualification, such as FRCPA, FRCPath with CCT from the UK, American Board Certification in Anatomic Pathology from the US, or Australasian Fellowship for accreditation as a Specialist Pathologist with the Singapore Specialists Accreditation Board;",">
  • Relevant experience as a Surgical Pathologist.
