**Job Title:** Senior Engineering Director

 

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Engineering Director to lead our engineering teams across various disciplines. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and implementing engineering execution strategies and project engineering plans in accordance with contractual, regulatory, and technical requirements.
  • You will ensure timely delivery of engineering deliverables and integration with procurement, construction, and commissioning functions. Additionally, you will act as the primary technical liaison with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and high-value engineering centers (HVECs).
  • As a senior leader, you will chair and participate in key technical reviews, such as HAZOP, SIL, 3D Model Reviews, Constructability, etc. You will also approve critical design documentation, ensuring compliance with project specifications and international codes and standards.
  • Your role will involve monitoring progress against engineering schedules and budgets, identifying and managing deviations or scope changes. Furthermore, you will support procurement and construction with technical bid evaluations, vendor document reviews, and resolution of field engineering issues.
  • As a senior engineer, you will promote a culture of safety and engineering excellence, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related discipline); Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 15 years of engineering experience in EPC projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership or Engineering Manager capacity.
  • Strong technical background with a proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and engineering interfaces.
  • Extensive knowledge of engineering codes, standards, and best practices applicable to the Oil & Gas or Process sectors.
  • Experience working with international clients and joint ventures is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to travel or be based on-site as required by project demands.
