Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Care Facilitator to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and supervising the care of residents, developing and implementing programs and activities for their well-being, and ensuring the cleanliness of the Home premises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and supervise the care of residents to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and implement programs and activities that promote the well-being of residents, including social events, recreational activities, and educational programs.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the Home premises, including equipment and facilities.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for residents.

Requirements

  • Diploma in psychology, social work, counseling, or a relevant field.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
  • Training provided for the role.
