Job Title: Transportation Infrastructure Manager
You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design and construction of bus depots and interchanges. Your key responsibilities include managing projects to ensure timely completion, adherence to safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Lead the design and construction process for bus depots and interchanges
- Supervise project teams to guarantee timely completion and quality delivery
- Collaborate with contractors, consultants, government agencies, and community stakeholders on contractual, technical, and public relations matters
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of transportation infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver their tasks effectively.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, government agencies, and community groups, to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed throughout the project.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate expertise in Civil and Structural Engineering principles
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a project/construction environment or civil/structural design
- Exhibit strong leadership skills with a solid understanding of building codes and construction safety regulations
- Proficiency in BIM software and related project planning tools is an advantage
- Experience in transformation and productivity initiatives in the construction industry is an added benefit
- Display detail-oriented analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
