Transportation Infrastructure Executive Lead

We are seeking an experienced executive to lead our transportation infrastructure projects, driving business growth and strategic planning for end-to-end execution.
- Direct multidisciplinary project teams to deliver major infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Act as the senior technical authority, resolving complex engineering issues and guiding the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
- Oversight of contract management, including change orders, claims, and dispute resolution.
- Foster strong relationships with government agencies, local authorities, and partners.
- Drive value engineering and innovation, promoting cost efficiency, sustainability, and quality improvement across all projects.
- Ensure adherence to international quality, environmental, and occupational safety standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- At least 15 years of relevant work experience in large-scale infrastructure development.
- Minimum 10 years in senior management roles with direct oversight of regional or national-level projects.
- Proven track record in managing complex transportation infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with contract models and compliance frameworks, including FIDIC and ISO standards.
