Job Title: Home Care Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and responsible individual to fill the role of Home Care Coordinator in our home cleaning team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by ensuring their homes are clean and organized.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch home cleaning services, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and other tasks as required.
  • Assist with light cooking and kitchen help as needed.
  • Lead and manage a small cleaning team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Schedule and plan tasks efficiently to meet client expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any concerns or issues.
  • Train team members on cleaning methods and equipment to maintain high standards.
  • Monitor and maintain high cleaning standards throughout the home.

Requirements:

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
  • Comfortable using Gmail and Microsoft Word.
  • Patient, careful, and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Honest, reliable, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new cleaning tools and techniques.
  • Leadership skills with a positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
  • Organized and dependable with good time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
