Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or currently pursuing).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Analysis and troubleshooting skills in handling incident and issues.
- Will to learn and grow in a technical environment.
- At least 5 years working experience in setting up infra, connectivity in a banking environment.
- Familiarity with Windows systems.
- Exposure to job scheduling tools like Control-M.
- Basic knowledge of SQL scripting, PowerShell, and batch scripting.
