Career Opportunities: Construction Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Career Opportunities: Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Quantity measurement of structural works, piping works, electrical and instrumentation works, and mechanical and equipment works;
- Reconcile MTO with the client and monitor changes on-site with production teams;
- Compile change proposal register and prepare submission of change proposals to Client for approval;
- Project Costs Control - design drawing changes, monitoring periodically on increased or decreased works scope, and handling Commercial Claims (Extension of Time, disputed claims, etc);
- Contracts Management - ensure our works & costs are in-line with the contract, identify variance arises in the contract, and manage any disputed items;
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is required.
