Warehouse Operations Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for receiving and processing delivery orders, handling and managing inventory, and ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment.

  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
  • Receive and process delivery orders in a timely manner
  • Handle and manage inventory of various products
  • Ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N Level or equivalent qualification
  • Able to handle products weighing up to 25kg
  • Possess a valid forklift license
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Work effectively in a hot and humid environment

Our Warehouse Operations team plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products, as well as ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment.

In this role, you will work closely with our logistics team to receive and process delivery orders, handle and manage inventory, and operate a forklift safely and efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and communicating with customers and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to handle products weighing up to 25kg, possess a valid forklift license, and be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
