We are seeking a technically proficient and accounting-trained professional to support data infrastructure and governance efforts within Central Financial Planning & Analysis. Reporting to Senior Associate Director, the ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting, preferably with experience in Big 4 firms, and a solid background in financial planning & analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data-Driven Financial Planning and Analysis
  2. Data-Enabled Business Partnering
  3. FP&A Systems Support
  4. Data Integrity & Governance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Preferably trained in a Big 4 accounting firm with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong experience in FP&A, with a readiness to embrace data-driven financial planning practices.
  • Experience working with enterprise financial systems; exposure to SAP ERP or JEDOX is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools for data visualization and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management abilities
