
Senior Financial Clerk

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and reconcile all financial accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely quarterly GST reports.
- Perform regular housekeeping and filing of finance documents to ensure efficient access and compliance.
- Meet deadlines for end-of-month financial reporting and ensure seamless integration with management's expectations.
- Conduct stock takes and investigate any inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Support other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance or Accountancy with at least 2 years of experience in maintaining financial records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
