About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Team Lead for Sales and Logistics.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue in existing and new markets, build relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders for effective communication and collaboration, and identify business opportunities to drive growth by meeting potential clients and building positive relationships.

The successful candidate will oversee logistics operations for timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of products, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with warehouses, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth shipping and fulfilment.

Key requirements include degree in Business, Sales, Logistics & Supply Chain or relevant field of study, and 35 years of work experience in sales or business development role or equivalent.

Prior experience in both sales and logistics is preferred, and manager must have at least 3 years of leadership or management experience.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential, as well as leadership experience to motivate and manage a diverse team, strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities, and experience in managing budgets and forecasting sales targets.

Proficiency in MS Office software is also required, as well as ability to travel overseas for business trips and work in warehouse when required.

Open to work on weekends/public holidays for Company events when required, and valid class 3 driving license is an added advantage.
