Job Title: Food Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee quality control processes in the food manufacturing industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, adhering to industry regulations.
  • Investigate and report any product or process deviations promptly.
  • Collaborate with production leaders to implement corrective actions and improve production efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate records of product inspections and quality control measures.
  • Manage certifications such as SFA, MSC/ASC, Halal, FSSC 22000, and HACCP.
  • Liaise with authorities on food safety and licensing matters as required.
  • Coordinate health certificate applications and laboratory reports.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Food Science or Microbiology.
  • At least one year of experience in quality control in the food manufacturing sector.
  • Familiarity with FSSC 22000/HACCP/GMP/Halal requirements is an asset.
