Job Title: Director of Strategic Operations

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the Division, aligning with company goals.
  • Lead the development of philosophy and strategy in terms of case intervention, programs, and operations.
  • Monitor emerging youth trends in the offending setting and changes in the justice system, informing strategic decisions.
Financial Oversight:
  • Collaborate with Corporate Services on financial reporting and updates, budgetary and financial regulatory controls.
  • Oversee budgeting and expenditure to ensure alignment with objectives and goals.
  • Liaise with authorities on funding matters and accounting.
  • Manage the operational budget and financial responsibilities of the Division.
Staff Management and Development:
  • Design and implement sustainable staff development pathways and structure.
  • Provide supervision, guidance, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
  • Ensure staff work in compliance with company policies and standards.
Governance and Liaison:
  • Ensure adherence to governance requirements beyond basic standards.
  • Maintain coordination and network with external agencies.
  • Front liaison with external agencies, particularly inter-ministerial coordination.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Sciences or related field with at least 5 years of experience in managerial or leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with social work interventions, social policies, and community engagement.
