Job Title: Sales Training Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Training Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Training Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales training programs for retail staff, conducting training sessions, creating training materials, and monitoring the effectiveness of training programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales training programs that enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service of retail staff.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure effective transfer of knowledge and skills.
  • Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules, that are engaging and easy to understand.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify training needs and gaps, and provide coaching and mentoring to maximize their performance and productivity.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure training programs align with company goals and objectives.


Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales training, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using training software and tools.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
