The Role of a Quality Assurance Specialist is a crucial part of any organization.
At Nusantara Prime Consulting, we are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Associate to support our manufacturing operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality on-the-floor and providing operations support, including root cause investigations and change control.
To excel in this position, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in science and 2 years of directly related experience, or a High school diploma/GED in Science and 4-6 years of directly related experience. They will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and senior management staff.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the maturation and continuous improvement of site quality systems
- Participating in on-the-floor triage and supporting root cause investigations
- Reviewing and approving minor deviations, change controls, and other quality records
- Supporting regulatory inspections and interacting directly with regulatory inspectors
- Escalating significant events to Quality Management in a timely manner
About You:
- Demonstrated proficiency in supplier quality, quality management, technical writing, and quality assurance
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Able to work predominantly on night shift, 8pm to 8am, on a 2-2-3 shift pattern
