  • This role involves performing critical checks and balances to ensure the integrity of securities transfer processes.

You will be responsible for authenticating requests, ensuring documentation completeness, and verifying adherence to regulations and service level agreements.

  • Collaborate with counterparty teams to obtain custodian details and coordinate transfer schedules.
  • Manage exceptions efficiently to guarantee timely and accurate asset transfers.
  • Provide direct liaison support to internal clients through hotline and advisory services, working closely with operations, legal, compliance, business risk management, and project teams.
  • Identify and resolve reconciliation breaks to enhance risk mitigation.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects, including system changes, process improvements, and cross-border initiatives from requirements gathering to implementation.

">Requirements for Success">
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with the trade lifecycle and prior experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth understanding of process and system dependencies.
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and willingness to learn new programs.
  • Client-centric orientation and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • 1-2 years of experience in banking operations, securities, or settlement (desired), open to fresh graduates.
