Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned apartments. This involves daily cleaning, inspecting, and replenishing supplies as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and inspect an allocated number of apartments set by the supervisor according to working procedures.
  • Ensure overall performance and discipline of assigned room attendants.
  • Check apartment inventories with residents upon check-in or check-out.
  • Perform daily cleaning and inspecting tasks such as arranging furniture, changing linens, polishing metalwork, and vacuuming.
  • Verify that cleanliness standards and proper amenities have been met.
  • Train outsourced Room Attendants in all housekeeping procedures and standards.
  • Replenish supplies, including drinking glasses, writing supplies, and bathroom items.
  • Assist in monthly linen inventory.
  • Report maintenance defects to the engineering department.
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
  • Report any loss or damage to supervisor for linen, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Update room status.
