Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to drive our marketing efforts and promote the How I Care Journal product.

The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys sharing the power of journaling with others, advocates for mental wellbeing and can build a strong connection with our audience.

Main Responsibilities

This role involves managing our presence across multiple channels, ensuring high engagement and growth. The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Digital & Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow our online presence, create engaging content and implement SEO strategies.
  • Community Management & Engagement: Build and maintain a vibrant journaling community, host events, challenges and wellness campaigns.
  • Email Marketing & Copywriting: Develop and execute email campaigns to engage and nurture our audience.

Qualifications & Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A marketing professional with a strong creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing and sales (preferably in wellness, education or publishing sectors).
  • Proven experience running successful digital and affiliate campaigns.
  • Strong community engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
