Job Title: Academic Enrolment Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills?

We are seeking a diligent and organized Academic Enrolment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing student applications, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain student database ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information;
  • Process student applications, enrolments, and change of academic status requests in a timely manner;
  • Generate students' letters of certification as required;
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently to meet deadlines;
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and external parties via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions;
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree qualification or equivalent experience;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Team player with a high level of organization and attention to detail;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly;
