Corporate M&A Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Associate to join our team. As a key member of our corporate group, you will be responsible for providing legal advice on complex cross-border transactions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing legal advice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions;
  • Reviewing and negotiating transactional documents, including share purchase agreements and asset purchase agreements;
  • Assisting in the due diligence process and conducting research on relevant laws and regulations;
  • Working closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions;
  • Collaborating with other lawyers and professionals to ensure seamless execution of deals.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in a top-tier law firm or equivalent;
