Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

","Job Description

The Financial Planning and Analysis team plays a pivotal role in driving business decisions by providing accurate revenue insights and forecasts. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for leading revenue planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the Asia-Pacific region.

You will review forecast/budget submissions, perform independent challenges to improve accuracy, and provide valuable insights to senior management. Your expertise in analytics, research, and stakeholder engagement will enable you to identify key revenue trends and develop innovative techniques to analyze and forecast business performance.

","Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance (Accountancy/Business) or equivalent with at least 10+ years of relevant post-qualification experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in FP&A
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and present to senior leadership
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to connect the dots and grasp conceptual models
  • Good data visualization skills and experience managing large datasets
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
