Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a proactive and driven professional, you will play a key part in attracting, engaging, and securing the right talent to support our business needs across the region. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers, build strong candidate pipelines, and drive end-to-end talent acquisition with a focus on quality, speed, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full recruitment cycle across multiple functions and countries, from intake meeting to offer management.
- Actively source, headhunt, and pipeline top talent using creative strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide talent market insights, ensuring smooth and collaborative hiring decisions.
- Lead and support recruitment-related projects such as employer branding, process improvements, or recruitment analytics.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience, representing our values and culture at every stage of the process.
A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a relevant field is required. You should have 3-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, regional or multinational environment. Additionally, you should possess excellent project management skills, confident stakeholder management skills, and be passionate about people with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
