As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for handling various financial and administrative tasks. Your key roles and responsibilities include:
Financial Responsibilities
• Process payroll payments, expense claims, and medical insurance for team members
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and other financial documents
• Maintain accurate records for all daily transactions
• Oversee Work Pass Application, GST, and CPF Submission
• Ensure timely follow-up on long-outstanding payments
Administrative Responsibilities
• Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Coordinate mail and maintain organized records
• Attend to customer issues and provide expert advice
• Arrange daily appointments and manage schedules
• Maintain cleanliness of the workspace
• Type customer invoices using accounting software
• Prepare and email out invoices to customers
• Perform cheque and petty cash deposits
Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field is required for this position
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
• Fluent in English and Chinese with excellent communication skills
• Independent, organized, and able to multi-task within tight deadlines with strong work ethics and communication skills
