Job Title: Care Services Director

Job Description:
  • Directly report to the Head of Care Services.
  • Oversee the delivery of all care services provided at home.
  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering exceptional care services, working closely with medical social workers and healthcare experts.
  • Train and guide new team members to ensure seamless integration into our team.
  • Provide accurate information to clients on policies, procedures, and available services, promptly addressing their inquiries.
  • Foster open communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate updates on work-in-progress.
  • Verify accuracy in scheduling staff and clients for respective care services.
  • Maintain precise documentation for all care services, including filing and record-keeping.
  • Address client feedback and complaints effectively, ensuring swift resolution and satisfactory outcomes.
  • Issue invoices promptly and manage payables efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards, SOPs, and industry regulations.
  • Promote the company's services confidently, engaging with clients, business partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide comprehensive care solutions and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operational leadership role is preferred.
  • Diploma or degree from any field.
  • Takes initiative and adapts to changing circumstances while upholding organizational standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in healthcare would be advantageous.
  • A standard 5-day workweek with rotational Saturdays.
  • Availability to respond to urgent client queries as needed.
