School Coordinator Role Summary

Establish a strong foundation as a School Coordinator by overseeing the day-to-day operations of our music school. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive enrollment growth and meet sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to convert inquiries into enrollments and sales, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with the events team to organize engaging roadshows and events that promote our music products.
  • Conduct trial lessons, open house events, students' concerts, and graduation ceremonies, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality experiences for our students and guests.
  • Ensure efficient operations of the music school, maintaining a well-organized environment and adequate inventory levels.
  • Support stock replenishment efforts and guarantee sufficient inventory supplies.
  • Perform various duties and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess at least 1-2 years of experience in the retail industry, with a strong background in sales and customer service.
