We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to fill the Project Coordinator position. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and project coordination, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating scheduling of site measurements, installations, and service works, ensuring accurate processing of orders, quotations, and cost documentation, and liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling of site measurements, installations, and service works
  • Ensure accurate processing of orders, quotations, and cost documentation
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth workflow
  • Support project managers with paperwork and customer updates

Office & Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain proper record-keeping, filing (physical & electronic), and scanning
  • Handle reception duties: calls, emails, courier services, and visitor arrangements
  • Manage office & pantry supplies, renovation samples, and facility upkeep

Customer & HR Support:

  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide follow-up where needed
  • Assist in HR-related administration such as attendance records and staff files

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year admin/project coordination experience (renovation/ID preferred)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Positive working attitude and good communication skills
