  • Manage tape inventory, cabling, patch panels, and power/network cabling, ensuring optimal data center performance.
  • Perform regular site inspections and monthly performance monitoring, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Define support structures, roles, and responsibilities, and manage manpower, ensuring effective team collaboration.
  • Control access cards, rack keys, and logs, and review CCTV recordings, ensuring data center security.
  • Conduct yearly inventory reviews, manage rack keys, and space planning, ensuring optimal data center utilization.
  • Oversee access card control and security log reviews, ensuring data center integrity.
  • Manage annual internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Implement and monitor procedures to ensure policy compliance, ensuring data center excellence.
  • Review and renew vendor contracts as needed, ensuring optimal service delivery.

*Experience in the banking or financial industry is highly desirable.*
