As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Attend to customer enquiries related to project requirements, product sales and technical issues.">
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals process orders and raise requisitions through ERP Systems.">
  • Coordinate and prepare tender submissions including technical documentation and pricing.">
  • Deliver both pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.">
  • SOURCE AND PROCURE SPARE PARTS REQUIRED FOR PROJECTS AND SERVICE-RELATED TASKS.">
  • CONDUCT QUALITY CONTROL (QC) CHECKS ON PROJECT DELIVERABLES AT THE WORKSHOP AND CLIENT SITES TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS.">
  • PREPARE DETAILED SERVICE PROPOSALS FOR VARIOUS SERVICES INCLUDING SERVICE CONTRACTS AD-HOC SERVICES FIXED AND PORTABLE EQUIPMENT CALIBRATION REPAIR OF PORTABLE INSTRUMENTS AND TESTING & COMMISSIONING (T&C) SERVICES.">
  • PERFORM SITE VISITS TO CONDUCT TECHNICAL SITE SURVEYS ENSURING ACCURATE ASSESSMENT OF ON-SITE CONDITIONS AND CLIENT REQUIREMENTS IF REQUIRED.">
  • MONITOR AND MANAGE INVENTORY LEVELS OF SALES AND SERVICE-RELATED EQUIPMENT AND SPARES TO ENSURE OPTIMAL STOCK AVAILABILITY.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering Mechanical Engineering or equivalent salary will vary based on qualifications and experience.">
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.">
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.">
  • Meticulous self-motivated positive working attitude and multitasking.">
