The role of Senior Executive involves providing high-level strategic support to the Corporate Development Department. This position plays a key part in driving hospital strategy through the advancement of strategic planning, master plan oversight, and secretariat functions.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Support the operational and administrative aspects of the biennial Strategic Planning Cycle, ensuring effective management and coordination at the policy level.
- Assist in developing and implementing long-term strategic plans, aligning with organisational goals through senior leadership oversight.
- Deliver secretariat support for key management platforms, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up on decisions and actions.
- Support departments in preparing funding proposals for external grant calls and assist in forming new offices and strategic initiatives.
- Act as liaison for communications with government agencies, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure responses are accurate, coherent, and timely.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with document management systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
