Network Lead

At PROJECT SEARCH PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Network Lead to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of network engineers to provide daily operational network technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor a team of network engineers to ensure seamless network operations.
  • Oversee network-related projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and customers to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all SLAs, IT policies, and audit requirements, providing support for audit activities as needed.
  • Provide cross-functional support to other business units as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 13 years of experience in managing network operations and stakeholder management.
  • Proven track record of managing network BAU service delivery, including network design, architecture, security, device/service availability, configuration, capacity, patch management, incident, and problem management.
  • Experience with managing Cisco Routing & Switching, Cisco SD-WAN & Cisco ISE, Zscaler, Firewall – Palo Alto, and Cisco Wireless technologies.
  • Ability to act as an escalation point and lead on network-related major incident triage calls.
  • Participation in planning, design, preparation, and network implementation for supporting customer major events.
