Civil Construction Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Overview:

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our civil construction projects. With a strong background in structural steel works or precast RC works, you will be responsible for reviewing shop drawings, coordinating with the design team on production challenges, and conducting mould inspections for new and in-use moulds.

Key Responsibilities:
\
1. Ensure all subcontractors comply with LTA M&W requirements and maintain quality control records.
2. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly quality reports, track certifications, and follow up with QPS for issue resolution.
3. Arrange QPS inspections for structural elements such as reinforcement cages, slurry quality, trench profiles, and concrete casting, and be physically present during asphalt pavement and road diversion works.

Requirements:
\
1. Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
2. At least 4 years of QA/QC experience in civil construction on LTA Projects.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $4,500 to $6,000 per month.
