Young Children's Language Educator Position

We are seeking a qualified and experienced educator to join our team as a Chinese language instructor for young children.


About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching and developing the skills of young children in a fun and engaging way.

The successful applicant will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high service standards in all interactions with children, parents and colleagues.
  • Evaluate attendance and reporting records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of young learners.
  • Develop effective classroom management strategies to foster a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Co-ordinate interventions to support children's learning and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to establish and implement goals and objectives for children's learning and development.
  • Monitor and record children's progress regularly.
  • Prioritize confidentiality and maintain accurate records of children's progress.
  • Safeguard children and promote their well-being at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with families about children's progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Stay current with evidence-based practices and integrate them into daily teaching.
  • Effectively manage resources to ensure seamless classroom operations.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance practice and stay informed on best practices.
  • Emphasize teamwork and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.
  • Maintain adherence to health and safety standards to ensure a secure working environment.
