We are seeking an Operations and Recruiting Associate to drive operational excellence and support organizational growth in Singapore. This hybrid role bridges business operations and people strategy, combining responsibilities across reporting, strategic planning, enterprise process execution, and operational initiatives, alongside talent acquisition, culture-building, and performance management.
The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, culturally intuitive, and motivated to contribute to both operational initiatives and people-focused strategies. The role will collaborate with teams across Singapore and global offices to implement mission-aligned systems, streamline processes, and strengthen high-performing teams.
This role involves regular work outside of standard business hours - typically early mornings or evenings - to maintain strong collaboration with our New York-based team. Position Location: Singapore (Hybrid)
Responsibilities- Business Operations (60%):
- Lead and support cross-functional initiatives across departments.
- Develop high-quality presentations for internal strategy and external stakeholders.
- Conduct analysis and create models using Excel to inform business decisions.
- Build and maintain project trackers and performance dashboards in tools like Notion, Smartsheet.
- Use AI tools to increase operational efficiency and content development.
- Collaborate with team members to implement enterprise processes.
- Recruiting & People Operations (40%):
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes in partnership with hiring managers.
- Draft and post job descriptions; source, screen, and coordinate candidate pipelines.
- Maintain hiring documentation and track pipeline metrics using tools like Greenhouse.
- Support onboarding and new hire integration.
- Partner with leadership on culture-building initiatives and performance review processes.
- Coordinate global people operations documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Professional Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 7+ years in consulting, operations, or strategy, with experience driving business operations initiatives and supporting people operations.
- Demonstrated success driving operational initiatives and managing complex projects.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (analysis, modeling) and creating professional presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
- Proficient in leveraging AI platforms to streamline workflows.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, HR policies, or people operations projects.
- Experience using tools such as Greenhouse, Notion, , and Smartsheet.
- Background in consulting, high-growth startups, or mission-driven organizations with a strong executional and strategic focus is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work outside standard hours, including evenings, weekends for events and other time zones to coordinate with colleagues based in New York.
- Ability to navigate and adapt to fluctuating workloads based on project timelines, team priorities, and major events or initiatives.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally to meet with key stakeholders.
