Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with expertise in bridal and formalwear sales, as well as a solid understanding of fabrics, tailoring, and garment design. This role focuses on refining sales strategies and assisting with client consultations, utilizing knowledge to elevate sales efforts and improve product offerings and sales processes.

  • Product & Display Check: Ensure all gowns, suits, and accessories are properly displayed and organized, creating a visually appealing showroom for client appointments.
  • Client Appointment Review: Prepare personalized recommendations and insights based on client preferences, reviewing the day's schedule and upcoming client consultations and fittings.
  • Team Briefing: Hold a brief meeting with the sales team to discuss daily goals, ongoing projects, and any challenges from the previous day, offering guidance on handling customer inquiries and product details.
  • Sales Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations on wedding gowns and suits, using fabric and design knowledge to confidently address client inquiries about the quality, feel, and functionality of our products.
  • Product Knowledge & Process Improvement: Utilize expertise in fabrics and garment construction to enhance the sales pitch, providing clients with insights that help them make informed decisions, working closely with the design and production teams to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with the latest product innovations and trends.
  • Mentorship & Collaboration: Share experience and product knowledge with younger sales team members, helping them to improve their client interactions and product knowledge, collaborating with the current Sales Manager to support the team without disrupting the existing company structure.

What You Will Accomplish Upon Onboarding

Estimated Salary: SGD $60,000 - SGD $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, customer service skills, creativity, and attention to detail, with a strong background in sales and marketing, preferably in the luxury goods industry.
